This is a multimode installer so you have access to the following switches:
-ai = Silent
-ai1 = Passive

100% stock install....Nothing removed

What's the install directory? Is it the default or the on Rogue used?

100% default, no changes whatsoever made to the installation process.

Wow, their website doesn't even show 3.0.6 yet. How'd you find that?
Their standard installer supports both x86/x64, but this installer is x86 only?
Me personally I just use their standard installer with /s. But I can see people would want this for the convenience and size difference.

yup i build the installer for x86 only.
does vbox even support the /s switch?

their main website is a bit slow as far as updates.

Doh! I just realized they changed their installer and now /s doesn't work anymore. :roll:

You can't even pass switches to the .msi anymore (like /v/qb). Argg.
I have to now extract the .msi and .cab file and build a silent installer (like you did.)

i have not looked at Roguespears in a long time but mine is 100% default install.
i think his changes the install directory and something else like the shortcuts.

user_hidden, why the VirtualBox Pack from RogueSpear's is 10 mb smaller that your pack? Are not both based in the same installer?
