Hi user,
running your .net 3.5 full in my runonce on a RIS'd XP install & when it gets to installing .net 3.0 SP1 it falls over with an error. This is on every machine ive tried. ill grap the error next time for you.

ive gone back to how i use to do it..

got the .net 2.0 sp2 installing in svcpack T-13 minutes & 3.0/3.5 P1 installing in runonceEX. that works fine.

i use my update pack and this donet installer ALWAYS and have no error.
may i ask what IE8 addon you are using, and any others added to the integration?
i personally use an IE8 hybrid of Onepiece's work and have no issues.
perhaps there is a runonce sequence that is interfeering with the dotnet setup.

im using Onepiece's IE8 addon, other than this & your post SP3 pack update nothing as changed.

Ill recreate the image with autoimage next week just to check it isnt a one of duff image.

as usual restart with a clean source and dump rvmi temp files and dirs, then reintegrate....

i can not recreate your error

recreated my RIS image & same problem. Updated to your latest 1.09 & its fixed. Either the 1.08 exe was currupt when I downloaded it or you solved the problem in your 1.09 build.

Hi user I lied. getting error 2337 when .net is installing. problem only occurs when i have office 2007 install on the same RIS. Ive not had a problem before but office normally goes on before .net but I will reverse them to see if it makes a difference.

If you don't mind me asking, can you tell me what exactly was updated?

I've searched all of your threads here and RVM and I can't find anything that actually specifies what was updated (except in the .NET 1.1 threads where you mention a KB article).

I don't normally do a changelog on the dotNet but in the first post under the INCLUDES section the list always changes.
