20100607 - RogueSpear's Runtimes updated to v4.0.1

I just updated Silverlight to the latest version today, but everything else has been updated for a little while now and is well tested on over a dozen machines of different brand and form factor. All of the components that constitute the "Other Runtimes" installer have been updated to their latest versions in the full installer only. The Other Runtimes installer itself has not been updated at this time.

This is going to be the final release for this installer package. There are plenty of other people distributing runtime packages and most of them are doing a pretty good job of it - much better a job than what I've been putting out over the last year.

At this point I'm going to be concentrating on putting together a runtime package that is specifically meant for use within Wine. I'd like to thank everyone who participated in this thread for their reports of success or reports of bugs. We had a good run here for a while, but it's time to call it day.

Now that is very interesting. Are you also planning to open a thread section here for your Linux utilities? I've been running LinuxMint on my netbook for about a year now.

Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 and 2008 SP1 Redstributables Package

Where is the True AddOn for these now? I do not see any download links for these listed in the first post of this runtimes thread.
